What we use your data for
We use candidate information to:
· register you for work opportunities
· assess suitability and match you to roles
· complete compliance checks relevant to healthcare placements
· manage bookings and timesheets (including via Logezy where enabled)
· administer PAYE payroll and statutory requirements (where you work via us)
Sharing your data
We may share relevant information with clients/hiring organisations for the purpose of placement and compliance, and with suppliers that help us deliver services (e.g., booking systems such as Logezy, screening, payroll/finance systems).
Retention (how long we keep data)
Typical retention:
Candidate records (not placed): 12–24 months after last meaningful contact
Candidate records (placed/engaged): typically 6 years after the end of engagement (plus payroll retention as required by law)
