CLIENT SERVICE TERMS (PUBLIC SUMMARY) – EM REC LIMITED
This page provides a high-level summary of how EmRec works with clients. Full terms are agreed separately in writing.
Bookings (Logezy)
EmRec uses the Logezy app/platform to manage bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations. Clients should ensure requirements (role, location/unit, times, breaks, compliance requirements) are accurately recorded.
Timesheets and approval
Timesheets must be authorised by the client’s approved signatory. Where enabled, timesheets are completed and approved in Logezy.
Invoicing and payment terms
Invoices are issued based on approved timesheets/fees.
Payment terms: 30 days from invoice date (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Cancellations
Standard cancellation window:
· Free cancellation where more than 24 hours’ notice is provided
· Cancellations within 24 hours may be chargeable
Where the client has its own written cancellation policy, EmRec can work in line with that policy where it has been shared and agreed in writing.
Quality and concerns
If a supplied worker is unsuitable, please notify EmRec as soon as possible so we can investigate and, where feasible, arrange a replacement.

Records & priority
Logezy records (and EmRec written confirmations) form part of the official booking record for audit, billing, and dispute resolution. Where there is any difference between verbal discussions and what is confirmed in Logezy (or EmRec’s written confirmation), the Logezy/written confirmation will take priority unless corrected in writing by EmRec.
