CANDIDATE TERMS (PUBLIC SUMMARY) – EM REC LIMITED

This page provides a high-level summary for candidates working with EmRec. It does not replace any separate contractual documentation or onboarding materials provided to you. 

Bookings (Logezy)

EmRec uses the Logezy app/platform to manage shift bookings, confirmations, and booking-related communications.

Pay model and frequency

EmRec operates a PAYE model for candidates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pay frequency: weekly, subject to receipt of an accurate, authorised timesheet.

Timesheets

Timesheets must be completed accurately and authorised by the client. Where enabled, timesheets are completed and approved in Logezy.

Cancellations

Candidates must give at least 48 hours’ notice if they cannot attend a confirmed shift/assignment.

If a cancellation is within 48 hours, candidates should also contact EmRec immediately (phone first where urgent) and email info@emrec.co.uk.

Compliance and conduct

Candidates must comply with relevant checks and professional standards for the role and follow client site rules, including safeguarding and incident reporting.

Records & priority

Logezy records (and EmRec written confirmations) form part of the official booking record. Where there is any difference between verbal discussions and what is confirmed in Logezy (or EmRec’s written confirmation), the Logezy/written confirmation will take priority unless corrected in writing by EmRec.
