Our commitment
EM REC LIMITED (“EmRec”) is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults at risk. We take a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, exploitation, and unsafe practice.
Scope
This statement applies to our recruitment and staffing activities in the UK and Ireland and supports our wider Safeguarding Policy.
What we do to support safeguarding
We aim to reduce risk through:
· Safer recruitment and compliance checks appropriate to each role and setting
· Encouraging a culture where concerns can be raised without fear
· Clear reporting routes for safeguarding issues
· Working with clients to ensure concerns are escalated appropriately
How to report a safeguarding concern
If you believe someone is at immediate risk of harm:
