Our commitment

EmRec encourages anyone working with us (and our clients) to report concerns about wrongdoing or unsafe practice. We take reports seriously and aim to handle them confidentially where possible.

What you can report

Examples include:

·         Unsafe clinical practice or serious professional misconduct

·         Abuse, neglect, exploitation, or safeguarding concerns

·         Fraud, theft, bribery, or corruption

·         Serious breaches of law or regulatory requirements

·         Deliberate concealment of any of the above

How to report

Subject line: “Whistleblowing”

Include: dates, locations, what happened, who was involved, and any evidence you can share.

Urgent risk

If there is immediate danger to life or safety, call emergency services: 999 (UK) or 112/999 (Ireland) and follow the client’s on-site escalation route.

No retaliation

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.
